Really helpful guide. I had never done motion design, and it got me to a 20-second film for Emblemry, with Opus 5.5. I added one step. The first pass scored its own frames 8/10 on everything, but the film looked sloppy. So I opened a fresh session and asked it to act as a world-class motion designer, critique the video and rank the fixes. It gave the hook a 5 and wrote "The film spends 43% of its length on an empty form." One more prompt to apply the fixes got me the video below.
