Opus 5.5 made a holiday animation about kinesin, microtubules, and the gift of cell-cell communication "It's Christmas Eve inside a cell, and Kiki the kinesin has a gift to deliver. Fueled by ATP, she sets off down a microtubule, 8 nanometers at a time, saying hi to every neighbor she passes. But up ahead, the microtubule's growing tip is losing its glow. Halfway there, her microtubule suffers a catastrophe, and the collapse comes racing back toward her feet. Will Kiki survive to make her delivery to the cell surface?"
