Opus 5.5 Rap Music Video

I run awesome-opus-5-5-videos on GitHub, the list of how people are actually making Opus 5.5 videos. The videos blew up and the repo is at 157 stars now. After five days of tracking them, I wanted to make one. So I handed the whole thing to Opus 5.5. It wrote the rap lyrics and the music prompt from my notes. I pasted them into HappyShrimp once. First generation, no rerolls, no picking. That’s the track you’re hearing. Then I gave Claude Code (Opus 5.5) the song and the lyric file and said: it’s yours, make it great. It lined up the lyrics word by word, drew itself as the little orange Clawd, built every scene in Remotion, and pulled clips from the posts I’d been collecting. Then it rendered stills, found its own bugs and fixed them. 4 minutes 27 seconds, and every frame is code. What changed for me over these five days: I started out half believing “one prompt, zero cost”. The best work I found came from people who brought a reference, a render base and a component kit, and then sat in the director’s chair for hours. The song is basically that lesson, set to a beat. A few honest notes: • The song says you’re the one who shoots. This time I mostly wasn’t. I gave it the lyric timing file and kept typing “continue”. Opus ran the review loop itself. • The clips belong to their creators and are credited on screen and in the end roll.
